XML schema for full well header. This schema is designed for simple feature wfs service to deliver information representing a well or wellbore within a well in cases for which the well contains multiple wellbores. All elements are required such that clients receiving responses for multiple sources can easily merge the acquired data into a single data set for client-side usage. Elements for which information is not available should contain the value 'missing'
