This workbook contains three worksheets. The sheet 1 is an explanation of the columns in the 'SOWPlan' worksheet (sheet 2), intended to provide guidance for completing the scope of work information on that sheet. Sheet 3 is a listing of the DataItems (columns A, B,C) that are the choices in the SOWPlan Sheet. This sheet is a template to assist project participants set up an annual statement of work (SOW). It was designed and used for year one contracting (2010-2011).
